EasyPlan Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Service and contact
EasyPlan is a planning assistant in Telegram and MAX that accesses Google Calendar and Google Tasks only when requested by the user. Privacy questions and data-deletion requests can be submitted through the EasyPlan support page or with the /support command in the bot.
2. Google user data accessed by EasyPlan
EasyPlan requests only the following Google user data:
• calendar-list metadata: calendar identifier, name, and access role, so the user can select a personal or family calendar;
• Google Calendar event data: event identifier, title, description, start and end date and time, time zone, location, recurrence, reminders, status, and event link;
• Google Tasks data: task-list and task identifiers, title, notes, due date, completion status, subtask hierarchy, and task link.
EasyPlan does not request Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, photos, or other Google Account data. EasyPlan does not create aggregated or anonymized datasets from Google user data.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used solely to provide features explicitly requested by the user: selecting a calendar; displaying and searching events and tasks; creating, updating, rescheduling, completing, and deleting records; finding free time and conflicts; and sending user-enabled reminders and planning summaries. A Google Calendar or Google Tasks change is made only after the user explicitly confirms it, except for recurring-task rules the user has enabled in advance.
4. Data sharing and external services
Requested results and reminders are delivered back to the same user through the messenger selected by that user, Telegram or MAX. The hosting provider may technically process data only to operate and secure EasyPlan. Text and voice that the user directly submits to the bot may be sent to OpenAI for speech transcription and conversion of the request into a structured draft. Google Calendar and Google Tasks API data retrieved by EasyPlan is not sent to OpenAI or another AI provider for training or improving general-purpose models.
Google user data is not sold or transferred to advertising networks, data brokers, or lenders, and is not used for advertising, profiling, or eligibility decisions.
5. Google Limited Use compliance
EasyPlan's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models and is not transferred to third-party AI services for such training.
6. Storage, retention, and deletion
An encrypted Google refresh token, selected calendar identifiers, and settings are stored separately for each user until the account is reconnected or the user requests deletion. For payments, EasyPlan stores the receipt email, order and receipt statuses, and, when auto-renewal is enabled, YooKassa's technical payment-method identifier. EasyPlan does not receive or store card numbers or security codes. Event and task lists are processed for the current request and are not permanently copied. When reminders are enabled, an event identifier, title, time, and location are stored temporarily and deleted after delivery, cancellation, or expiry. Context for one unfinished action is retained for no more than 24 hours. Temporary audio files are deleted after processing. Deleted information may remain in a secured backup until normal backup rotation, after which it is automatically removed.
To request deletion of EasyPlan data, use /support. Revoking access in Google Account security settings immediately makes the stored token unusable for further Google access.
7. Data protection
Connections use HTTPS. Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest; user records are logically isolated; OAuth state is validated; and secrets, tokens, and message content are excluded from ordinary application logs. Production infrastructure access is restricted and backups are protected.
8. User choices
Users may choose not to connect Google, disable reminders and optional planning features, revoke Google access, or request deletion of their EasyPlan data.
